Mentoring Group for Transformation Leaders in Global Organisations
Master the People Side of Digital Transformation
Putting People at the Heart of Change
Are you frustrated because new technologies are not well adopted, either internally or by clients…
… you struggle to get people to use new technology once it is rolled out; culture is a blocker
…and you are finding lots of resistance and wondering how to take all stakeholders with you.
Maybe you are facing change fatigue. Your organisation has a history of too many changes poorly delivered…
…resulting in end users who are sceptical about technology and transformation; they want proof before they will be supportive.
Perhaps you don’t have dedicated communication support, or engagement is a minor part of their role…
…so engagement is formal, reactive and ad hoc
… people are relying on the grapevine which distorts the messages you want to get across.
Or you struggle to engage senior executives and get collective buy-in at the top table…
…they are paying lip service to supporting transformation and not getting involved
…their focus is on other things, though they still expect you to have all the answers.
Possibly you have a wide range of stakeholders working in silos in different offices, countries and time zones…
…wondering how to make change relevant to all of them
…needing champions in each business unit to deliver change effectively.
Or maybe things are going well. Bu there is a niggle at the back of your mind, you want…
…more certainty and focus, clarity on how to be more effective in your role
…to demonstrate what you are doing is leading to operational efficiencies
…to be heard in your organisation, your capabilities are valued
…more ownership, autonomy, respect, opportunities.
Now for the good news!
Master people change skills to complement your technology delivery skills
Networking – Collaboration – Learning – Resources - Confidence
People Change Mastery is a mentoring and support group for digital transformation leaders around the world. It is a collaboration of professionals.
When you join you become part of a network of digital transformation professionals you can build relationships with and reach out to. You will make connections and find support.
You’ll have a confidential space to share struggles and challenges, as well as learning and successes. You’ll hear how your peers have resolved the issues you are wrestling with.
Their experiences, in other sectors and organisations, will help you look ahead and understand what can go wrong; things you may trip over and what to do to avoid potholes.
They are sharing knowledge and experiences that work in practice in global organisations.
Such exposure to other points of view is hugely valuable.
You’ll grow in the knowledge and confidence to make change relevant to a wide range of stakeholders. Executives will be willing to act as visible advocates as you have explained clearly in ways that are meaningful to them.
End users will willingly choose to change their ways of working as they understand what is in it for themselves, their colleagues and customers.
Your credibility will grow – greater trust, respect and opportunities.
Alongside networking, you can access the people change resources I use with my clients – practical toolkits, techniques, guides you can also use in your team - for planning, delivering and evaluating engagement, communication and resistance management activities.
